Last night Wolfy and I made some superb chocolate ice cream. Wolfy, having eaten most of the ice cream already, said it was missing something. I agreed. Sensing a perfect moment for invention. we opened the fridge and there it was. Cookie dough. we grabed what was left and shoved it the microwave with a little cream and peanut butter. The result was unmatched deliciousness. Here's how you can make it:
Ingredients: (add more or less of each based on your preferences)
1 cup cookie dough for every 5 cups ice cream.
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream or half and half
put all ingredients in a small microwave safe bowl. microwave for 1 minute, mixing with a spoon every 20 seconds. pour over any basic ice cream flavor and enjoy. (Best served warm)
